The products returned back from customer will be accepted into 5 first days after the home delivery in order to do it, the client should communicate it by the contact number (+34) 91 576 45 45 or thru our e-mail address info@labandejita.com. Our assistants will indicate the procedure to follow.

Once the product its received at our stores, we will refund the whole payment back or in the case, another product with characteristics requested by customer will be sent.
