Bellota's Iberian loin piece of 1,1 kilos. The place of elaboration is Cumbres Mayores at Huelva's province, Spain. The loin is an one belonging to more noble pieces of the Pig Ibérico. It becomes elaborate as from the loin of the fresh and exempt pig of grease outside, it is pickled during 48 approximately hours with salt common, capsicum, garlic and oregano.
